HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

ONLINE COACHING IS BASED ON SPREAD SHEET DATA. FACTORING SPECIFIC NUMBERS IN COMBINATION WITH LIFESTYLE, OCCUPATION, & ACTIVITY LEVEL ALLOWS THE COACH TO CREATE THE PERFECT PORTIONS AND MEAL TIMING FOR THE CLIENT. ESSENTIALLY THE CLIENT HAS NO GUESS WORK, ONLY ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE PROCESS OF CHANGE. AND MEETING CONSULT CHECKIN REQUIREMENTS AS SET BY THE COACH.

HOW  DOES CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY WORK?

THE CLIENT WILL BE IN PERSONAL TOUCH WITH THE ONLINE COACH. THIS ALLOWS SLIM ROOM FOR ERROR IN TIGHT SITUATIONS WHERE THE CLIENT MAY BE UNSURE  ON WHAT TO DO. EXAMPLE: CLIENT LEAVES FOOD AT HOME RUSHING TO WORK AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO  DO TO MAINTAIN PROGRESSION IN THE SITUATION. IN THIS CASE THE CLIENT CAN SIMPLY TEXT THE COACH , THE COACH WOULD ASSESS WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO THE CLIENT AND HELP DIRECT THEM INTO THE BEST CHOICES FOR THIER DAY. THIS  CANCELS THE STRESSES OF WONDERING IF THE RIGHT DECISIONS WERE MADE.  THIS IN COMBINATION WITH ACCOUNTABILITY TO CHECK IN SCHEDULE AND SCHEDULED PHONE CALLS PROMOTES THE CLIENT TO STAY ON TOP OF PLANS AND SEEK TO PRODUCE BETTER RESULTS ON EACH CHECK IN.

WHAT ARE THE LIFESTYLE GUIDES?

The 11 guides mentioned in all packages are a bonus to purchase from The Fit Factory to the client. These 11 guides include educational information along with  holistic guidance and protocols to help with common issues one might have related to appearance, internal health and lifestyle. They include: Anxiety & stress relief guide, Daily supplement guide, Digestive health & cleanse, Guide to approved seasonings, Abs & conditioning, Acne relief guide, Healthy eating out guide, The workout accountability form, Intra workout drink guide, Nutritional education guide and the Guide to taking proper before and after photos. 

WHAT IS SPORTS MASSAGE?

Sports specific massage focuses on injury rehab as well as prevention. Utilizing modalities such as Deep tissue, Myofasical release, Cross fiber manipulation, Graston blading, Hot stone therapy with the goal to break down bound scar tissues & redirect muscle fibers into a safe and strong healing pattern. Many soft tissue injuries that go unchecked become bound and limiting factors to exercise and even normal everyday task. Using these modalities can allow redirection of tissues followed by increased blood flow to promote healing for long term relief and strength to an injured area. These same modalities on healthy tissues will promote preventative qualities and ensure long term durability of the joint, muscle and connective tissues. 

PERSONAL TRAINING 

Personal training can vary depending on the goals of the client. Personal training packages also come with a built in nutritional package that will form fit along with the workouts to accommodate that clients specific goals. Personal training with a coach will occur 3 times weekly, 12 times monthly. To began this may be all of the client reasonability along with the nutritional plan assigned.  If increased typically the trainer will issue a daily specific workout plan to the client to follow on days between client/trainer workout days. These workouts will be the soul responsibility of the client to follow and perform much like the nutrition plan issued. If needed a meal preparation service can be referred to make sure and ensure all meals and food is cooked properly and with diet safe additives.
